Vision Statement:

It is the vision of the Bauru Field Council to see a network of self-supporting, self-governing, self-propagating, biblically balanced Baptist churches and support ministries established for God’s glory in central São Paulo state, Brazil.

Believing that our vision is in accordance with God’s Word, we will strive to make it a reality by:

• Presenting the gospel of Christ in a credible, caring & culturally-sensitive way in order to assist individuals to come to personal faith in Christ
  
• Discipling new believers in their personal, spiritual growth
  
• Training & equipping mature believers for leadership in local church ministries according to their spiritual gifts
  
• Instilling a missions mindset in the churches to reach nearby communities and the world with the gospel
  
• Developing support ministries, through the churches, to serve individuals, families & the community
